Sorry I’ve been a bit absent. It really is inexcusable but I’ll make excuses anyway (a skill known to my teenagers). I have about 3 articles in various stages of incompleteness and I just can’t seem to finish although I’d like to do that today. What IS noteworthy is a recent article I wrote for the Creative Loafing Tampa blog. Since its grilling season here in Florida, I decided the pure and unadulterated steak needed some attention.
